- Ensure reasonable access to pickup and delivery locations for our vehicles and personnel.
4. Pricing and Payment
Pricing for our Services will be provided through individual quotes, contracts, or rate agreements. All prices are in United States Dollars (USD) unless otherwise specified.

- Late payments may incur interest charges or other penalties as outlined in the service agreement.
- MOHR'S TRUCKING & HAULING, LLC reserves the right to adjust pricing for unforeseen circumstances, including but not limited to fuel price fluctuations, changes in regulations, or significant deviations from agreed-upon cargo details. Such adjustments will be communicated to the customer in advance where possible.
5. Liability and Insurance
MOHR'S TRUCKING & HAULING, LLC exercises reasonable care in the handling and transportation of goods. However, our liability for loss, damage, or delay of cargo is subject to industry standards, legal limitations, and the specific terms of our insurance policies.
- Customers are encouraged to obtain their own cargo insurance for high-value shipments.
- We are not liable for losses or damages arising from acts of God, public enemies, public authority, acts of the shipper, inherent vice or defect of the goods, or force majeure events.
- Any claims for loss or damage must be submitted in writing within a specified timeframe, as detailed in our individual service agreements.
6. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless MOHR'S TRUCKING & HAULING, LLC, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any and all claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, expenses, or fees arising from your breach of these Terms, your negligent or unlawful acts, or your failure to comply with applicable laws related to your cargo.
7. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Ohio, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising under or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in Franklin County, Ohio.
8. Amendments to Terms
MOHR'S TRUCKING & HAULING, LLC reserves the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time. We will endeavor to provide reasonable notice of any material changes, typically by updating the "Last Updated" date at the top of these Terms. Your continued use of our Services after any such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.
